In the Retail-Version there is neither a code-entry nor a graphic, that is related to this quest in any way, but if you read on, you'll find out about one piece of armor and another interesting item ( Farnham's speech) in (an) earlier version(s), that would fit well into the picture.

-)An non-quest-assigned entry called Ancient Rune Shield does appear in the PrDemo-code(only there), which could be considered as a rather perfect match, since as we're talking about a relic from the days of the sin war, `ancient` would sum it up quite nicely.

-)When thinking of a graphic, that could be interpreted as an ancient rune-shield, only the following strange-looking, rune-ornated as well as trapezoidal formation comes to mind (in the PrDemo the feature, which enabled alternate graphics for unique-items wasn't integrated, that's why the ones of the base-items are used instead, even though the mpq-archive is full of images, that show something, which can only be one-of-a-kind, so it is, as so often, just a guess): [appears in both the PrDemo's & the Beta's MPQ-archive]
